FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. WRONG/MISSING PRODUCTS
   We sincerely apologize if there has been a mistake with your order! We promise to do our best to resolve this issue as soon as possible to make it up to you. We hope you could reach out to us via Facebook at Nine Fresh PH, to help us address the problem.
   
   VEGAN/VEGETARIAN OPTIONS
   Our desserts do not use any gelatin or alcohol in our products; however, some of our products such as our bean curd and ice cream containdairy.
   
   LESS/NO SUGAR OPTIONS
   We offer 0-100% sugar level options for our full beverage menu. For our desserts, they are already sweetened during production, but for less sweet options, we recommend desserts with our grass jelly base.
   
   OTHER CONCERNS

2. MILK CUP IN OUR DESSERTS
   Only some desserts in our menu come inclusive with a milk cup, while others do not. For milk cup lovers, we welcome you to add a milk cup for P15 each! See our full menu here!
   
   WARM/HOT OPTIONS
   We do not have any warm/hot options available as they are served chilled to maintain its freshness and quality. However, you may request for our drinks, you may request for no or less ice upon ordering.
   
   STORAGE
   All desserts should be chilled as soon as possible, if not consumed within 2 hours from pick-up/delivery to avoid spoilage. As a tip, remove all chewy toppings such as our taro balls to avoid them hardning in the refrigerator.
   
   To keep the same flavor and quality, do not keep the dessert in storage for more than 24 hours.
